Process

Our Forged Discs and Blanks are made by upsetting the raw material on a press and working it between the flat face dies until the desire dimension is reached. If needed, an additional process can be used to give a higher quality finish to the product. This process includes placing the Disc or Blank on the ring mill and rolling the disc to square the corners and smoothen the surface.
